Flux is for dynamic data, Angular is not for newbies and Web Design is dead?

Then why is Angular and the MEAN stack now the go-to for all new JavaScript developers? Seems that anything trending and in-demand will get loads of experienced as well as inexperienced developers flocking to it. The more tutorials and StackOverflow questions that are published, the easier it is for young developers to get into the game. Also, Web Design isn't dead, it's changing! Before the web could get away with a pretty design, but now we're saying that the "functionality" of a design is not just valuable, but the main value. Designers shouldn't get their panties in a twist though - be excited that the world is beginning to not just say they want an attractive interface, but also a useful one - and now more than ever that responsibility is being given to you.

Ps. The first week of sponsored links

This is the first week of sponsored links in this newsletter. The rules of sponsorship on this newsletter are that A.) The sponsor will always be noted as a sponsor. B.) The sponsor will be relevant to the subject content. C.) This will not become a newsletter of sponsorships. I'm still 100% serious that this is a no-bullshit, no-fluff newsletter about contributing to your skill set and knowledge as developers. Sponsoring this newsletter is very easy and relatively cheap. These inline sponsors do make this newsletter possible though, so thank you for giving them a look.
